The benefits provided by ONA include:
- a defined benefits pension plan;
- extended health care benefits (including vision care, prescription drug plan and dental care);
- life insurance;
- short and long-term disability benefits;
- an employee assistance plan; and
- professional development.
Professional Development
ONA encourages and supports the professional development of our employees. We offer both internal and external programs including formal training, workshops and all-staff meetings.
