Member Services

This section provides information about the many services available to Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) members. The information about these member services is organized into three groups:

Legal Expense Assistance Plan

ONA’s Legal Expense Assistance Plan (LEAP) was established in 1980 to assist ONA members with legal or regulatory body problems relating to their work, including those arising from the province’s Regulated Health Professions Act.

ONA Insurance

As part of the ONA’s vision and commitment to members’ economic and general well-being, ONA sponsors the ONA Benefit Program. The ONA Benefit Program offers a wide range of plans that provide access to insurance coverage that will help protect members’ income as well as their family’s health and security.
