Focus: “How We Represent Members” (our legal obligations, building statistics, documenting and representing) in cases involving:
- Attendance
- Chronic absenteeism
- Abuse of drugs by RNs
- Gambling
- Addiction to the internet
- Breakdowns, depression
Who Should Attend: The workshop is designed for general membership and Human Rights and Equity Representatives, Bargaining Unit, Unit Representatives and Local Executive.
