- Listening to understand and speaking to be understood
- Communicating effectively through e-mail and telephone
- Dealing with difficult people and basic coaching skills
Who Should Attend: This workshop is designed for general membership and Executive Committee members (specifically Bargaining Unit Presidents) and Bargaining Unit Committee members.
