This workshop is CLOSED

One Day

In this workshop, the learner will:

  • Identify workload issues and evaluate their impact on employees, patients and the employer.
  • Use the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Standards of Practice to address workload issues.
  • Outline the workload reporting process and fill out workload forms.
  • Develop strategies to support members in the workload reporting process.
  • Develop an action plan to address workload scenarios and prepare it for presentation to an employer.

This workshop is designed for Unit Representatives, Bargaining Unit leadership, and Front-line members who have workload issues on their units.
