This workshop replaces the ONA Violence and Harassment Workshop.
In this workshop, the learner will:
- Identify the types of violence in the workplace.
- Discuss prevention strategies and how to implement them.
- Identify resources accessible to ONA representatives and where members can seek additional support to affect positive change in their workplace.
This workshop is designed for ONA Representatives and Front-line members.
