Description:

 

In this workshop, the learner will:

  • Identify non-code harassment behaviours in the workplace.
  • Learn about ONA policies that provide: a) Assistance to targeted members and b) Awareness of behaviours that need correction.
  • Identify resources designed to provide support for members.
  • Identify steps representatives take to address non-code harassment.

 

This workshop is designed for Human Rights & Equity Representatives, ONA Representatives and Front-line ONA members.
