Negotiations Workshop
Two Days
In this workshop, the learner will:
- Outline the negotiation process.
- Write proposals.
- Develop a communication plan designed to solicit feedback from members.
- Identify bargaining unit priorities and communicate the status of negotiations to the membership.
- Identify the value of a cohesive team.
The workshop is designed for Bargaining Unit Presidents, Members on a Negotiations Committee, ONA representatives and Front-line members interested in the negotiation process.
