Nurse Practitioner Needs Assessment Survey
ONA has scheduled a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Focus Group which is being held at ONA on September 29, 2010.
The focus group’s objectives include providing input and feedback on the following three areas of Board-approved member engagement strategies:
- identify NP issues around workload, salaries and unionization;
- give guidance on issues to pursue in bargaining; and
- gain a better understanding of the NP role and employer expectations.
A limited number of nurse practitioners have been invited to participate in this focus group, however we invite all nurse practitioners to participate in this short survey and have input into the issues being discussed.
