This one-hour session will address issues about and strategies for presenting unresolved workload and/or professional responsibility complaints (PRCs) at Association-agency meetings. ONA’s professional practice specialists will provide information to assist ONA leaders and members with this important stage of the professional responsibility complaint process.

Registration will be confirmed with an email response that will include the telephone number to call, as well as the conference number to enter. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. ONA reserves the right to limit the number of registrations.

This one-hour session, addressed issues and strategies on how to effectively discuss your workload and/or PRC with your Manager. ONA’s Professional Practice Specialists provided information on how ONA leaders can help their members deal with this important first stage of the PRC process.

The Ontario Nurses’ Association’s first Professional Practice Teleconnect was about skill mix change.
Moderator Vicki McKenna, RN, ONA’s First Vice-President, was joined by professional practice specialists Rozanna Haynes, Mariana Markovic, Jo Anne Shannon and Lorrie Daniels.
It is hoped that teleconnects will take place quarterly to address the hot topics of the day in professional practice.
