The Board of Directors is primarily responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization.
ONA’s Board is comprised of seven elected officers – President, First Vice-President and five Regional Vice-Presidents – and the Chief Executive Officer (who acts as secretary.)
They meet about five times each year and manages ONA’s affairs between biennial conventions. Below you can find highlights from those meetings.
