COVID-19: ONA Office Closures

As the Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) continues to support our members who are working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are changing the status of our provincial and regional offices.
Effective March 20, 2020, all ONA offices are not open to visitors or deliveries. Please call 1-800-387-5580 for assistance with deliveries.
ONA staff are working remotely.

If you have a labour relations issue or questions about your contract or your working conditions, please contact your Bargaining Unit President. You can use ONA’s email tool to send them an email.
Update your Contact Information:
If you are trying to update your contact information (name, address, phone numbers, etc.) and/or to change a job status (leave of absence, add a new job or remove a job), you can do so by completing the Update Member Information Form here. You will need either an ONA ID# or Social Insurance Number on hand to make changes. If you would rather update you information over the phone you can do so by contacting our Dues and Membership Team at 416-964-8833 or 1-800-387-5580 ext. 2200.
