Medical Radiation Technologists (MRT) Week

October 17, 2023

This year, Medical Radiation Technologists (MRT) Week takes place from November 5 to 11. This annual celebration recognizes and raises awareness of the vital role that MRTs play in the health-care system.

The MRT profession consists of four disciplines: radiological technology, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy or magnetic resonance imaging. They bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and patient care, delivering imaging and radiation-related treatment services with a caring touch.

We are proud to recognize our highly skilled and compassionate MRT members.

Do you have photos or stories about MRT Week that you'd like to share with the ONA community? Send them to us at digital@ona.org and we'll post them on our website and social media channels! Be sure to include the appropriate Local number with your submission.
