September 26, 2017

In recognition of Global Ergonomics Month, Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (OHCOW) is hosting Lunch and Learn sessions in Windsor and Sarnia this October.

"Psychosocial Ergonomics & Ergonomics Fact or Fiction" will provide an introduction to how psychosocial workplace factors such as time pressures, increased workloads, lack of support, monotony and perceived control can increase a worker’s risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders. The body’s physiological, psychological and behavioral responses to these “stressors” will be addressed as well as strategies to eliminate and control them.

Lunch will be provided and space is limited. The deadline to register for the sessions is October 16, 2017. Click here for more information including registration details.
