When it comes to provincial bargaining, you asked for more transparency and involvement. We heard you loud and clear and are making it happen.

For the upcoming round of hospital provincial bargaining, ONA is trying something new, exciting, engaging – and different for the hospital sector – and you are central to it.

If you are an ONA member from a provincially participating hospital, you are invited to attend a demand-setting meeting for upcoming contract negotiations.  

Virtual meetings are being held based on ONA regions. Please register to attend the correct meeting according to your geographic location. The deadline to register is on Wednesday, May 29 at 5 p.m.

At this meeting, you can tell your elected hospital provincial negotiating team what you want to see in your bargaining proposals. Register now to attend this meeting that will shape how and what we bargain for.

Region 1 Demand Setting Meeting: June 4, 2024 (1-4 p.m.)

Districts of Kenora, Rainy River, Thunder Bay, Algoma, Temiskaming, Nipissing, Cochrane, Manitoulin, Regional Municipality of Sudbury.

Region 2 Demand Setting Meeting: June 4, 2024 (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)

Counties of Prescott, Russell, Glengarry, Renfrew, Lanark, Grenville, Leeds, Dundas, Stormont, Frontenac, Hastings, Prince Edward, Lennox, Addington, Haliburton, Victoria, Peterborough, Northumberland, Regional Municipalities of Ottawa Carlton and Kingston.

Region 3 Demand Setting Meeting: June 3, 2024 (1-4 p.m.)

Regional Municipality of Durham, Municipalities of York, Peel, and Toronto.

Region 4 Demand Setting Meeting: June 3, 2024 (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)

Counties of Simcoe, Brant, Wellington, Dufferin, Haldimand, Norfolk, Regional Municipalities of Waterloo, Halton, Hamilton-Wentworth, Niagara, District Municipality of Muskoka and District of Parry Sound.

Region 5 Demand Setting Meeting: June 6, 2024 (1-4 p.m.)

Counties of Bruce, Grey, Huron, Perth, Oxford, Middlesex, Lambton, Elgin, Kent and Essex.
