Student Scholarships Application

Please complete the form below to apply for the ONA Scholarship (9 x $1000 and 1 x $2,000) and the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) Scholarship. The scholarships are to assist first-time nursing students who are enrolled in a nursing program in Ontario. The deadline to apply is July 1.

Eligibility Criteria

Please note: ALL criteria must be met for the application to be considered. Please check off each of the boxes below to indicate that the criteria have been met.

Deadline

Applications must be received at ONA by July 1. Thank you to all that apply. The successful applicants for the one (1) CFNU scholarship and ten (10) ONA scholarships will be notified by ONA by mail/e-mail within one week of the decision.
