Thank you for sharing your voice! Over 11,000 ONA members participated our inaugural Members’ Survey.

The survey, which launched at the 2023 Biennial, is an essential channel for members to share information about their experiences — ensuring they are at the heart of what we do as a union. The results will inform our urgent and long-term plans and advocacy efforts.

We thank all of you for taking the time to share your experiences, needs and concerns. Your responses will help improve services, enhance communication, and serve as a baseline to help us understand if our efforts are having a positive impact moving forward.

A copy of the final survey report is now available for members to view in the Access ONA Resource Centre. You will need to log in to view it.

This anonymous survey will be conducted every two years moving forward.
